Terms of Use

These terms apply to the apps provided by Joseph DeChicchis, doing business as Paneer Labs (including MyWatchlist, Sift, and any future releases). By using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at hello@paneer.love.

1. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that these terms are an agreement between you and Paneer Labs only, and not with Apple, Inc. Paneer Labs is solely responsible for the apps and their content.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on any Apple-branded products that you own or control. All rights, title, and interest in the apps (including code, design, and branding) remain exclusively with Paneer Labs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps; resell or distribute the apps; or use the apps to infringe on the rights of others.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Content

Some of our apps (such as MyWatchlist) are supported by advertising. These ads may be targeted based on your use of the app or other data, subject to your privacy settings and the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in third-party advertisements.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Pro Features").

• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your iOS Account Settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.

6. Maintenance and Support

Paneer Labs is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the apps. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the apps.

7. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The apps are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Paneer Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• Paneer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the past six months.

8. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these terms against you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes—including changes to data collection or the introduction of new monetization methods like ads—will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
